We typically start with weekly counselling sessions for mental health support on a set day and time. However, if you prefer, we can discuss alternative arrangements such as fortnightly or monthly sessions with a qualified counsellor in Kent, depending on your requirements.

As a qualified counsellor in Kent, I can offer a limited number of clients reduced rates for counselling in Ashford based on their circumstances. Please do not hesitate to discuss your needs for mental health support with me.

I offer a fixed reduced rate for Student Counsellors undertaking their own counselling in Ashford, ensuring they receive quality mental health support from a qualified counsellor in Kent.

I am now registered with Bupa as one of their counselling providers in Kent. For mental health support, please contact Bupa directly to agree this in advance.

Please try to give me as much notice as possible prior to our counselling session if you need to cancel. There will be no charge for sessions cancelled 24+ hours in advance. If possible, we can reschedule the session for another day/time (if mutually agreed and based on availability) or we can continue the following week as scheduled.

For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, the full rate of your usual session  will be applied.
