I am an integrative Counsellor who incorporates aspects of Pyschodynamic, Person Centred, transactional analysis and Gestalt theory approaches to formulate a therapy tailored to your specific needs. I have worked with a wide range of people from 12 - 70 with many different reasons for coming to counselling. Depression, grief and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counselling we can explore these feelings and begin to help you recover your motivation, perspective and the joy you once had in your life.
You may be experiencing symptoms from past traumatic and painful events in your life which are impacting you in the present. Anxiety, fear and feelings of hopelessness may be holding you back and preventing you from moving forward. Counselling can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
The relationship we build is the foundational beginning of our journey, but it is the relationship you build with yourself that is the most important. Through counselling I would like to help you build that relationship.
